ZS6ERB has a proud history dating back to 1937. The East Rand Amateur Radio Club has been a meeting place for amateur radio operators, electronics enthusiasts and technology-minded people for many decades.
The club exists to promote amateur radio, encourage technical experimentation and provide a place where operators can share knowledge, develop skills and enjoy the hobby of radio communication.
Throughout its history, the club has supported operators in learning about radio technology, antenna systems, communication techniques and the many different aspects of amateur radio.
